The arrangement was a collaboration between Michael Adler and Denver Bierman (of Denver and the Mile High Orchestra), with rhythm section arrangement by Ray Reach.

RAY REACH'S "LITTLE BIG BAND"
Ray's 'Little Big Band" is a 7 to 9-piece ensemble that plays big band style music in the tradition of Count Basie Orchestra, Glenn Miller Orchestra, Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, etc. This band is perfect for those who want a "big band" sound on a smaller budget. In the video below, Ray's "Little Big Band" plays the Irving Berlin classic, "Cheek To Cheek."

RAY REACH AT THE W.C. HANDY FESTIVAL
Ray has been a featured jazz musician at the annual W.C. Handy Festival in Florence, Alabama for the past 8 years. In the video below, Ray sings the great Gordon Jenkins ballad, "This Is All I Ask," accompanied by Bill Goodwin on drums and Robert Dickson on bass, at the 2010 Handy Festival.

THE ALABAMA JAZZ HALL OF FAME STUDENT ALL-STARS OPEN FOR TAKE 6
On December 19, 2010, the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame Student All-Star Band, directed by Ray Reach, opened a concert for Grammy Award winning vocal group, Take 6 at Old Car Heaven in Birmingham, Alabama. They were a resounding success, receiving a standing ovation! The AJHoF Student All-Star Band is a highly select band whose members are chosen by competitive audition. The videos below were shot at that performance.
